This post left their fans in shock and sadness when they had seen this post. At that time, no one believed that Ngot Band would disband even though they had just released the EP "Suýt 1".

EP "Suýt 1"
Before this announcement, the Ngot Band still performed together at festivals and concerts. Especially in October last year, they just celebrated their 10th anniversary.
After 11 years of activity, as of now, Ngọt band is a branded music group known for their high-quality musical products that resonate with the tastes of young music lovers.
The group consists of four members: Vũ Đinh Trọng Thắng, Nguyễn Hùng Nam Anh, Phan Việt Hoàng, and Nguyễn Chí Hùng. Before releasing their self-titled debut album, Ngọt had already gained popularity with several songs uploaded on YouTube, such as "Quan điểm", "Xanh", "Cho tôi đi theo", "Em dạo này", "Cá hồi", "Cho", and "Lần cuối (đi bên em xót xa người ơi)", among others.

In 2017, Ngot's live show "Ngbthg" took place in Hanoi, attracting over 3,000 attendees. The band was honored on the 2020 Forbes Vietnam 30 Under 30 list. Over more than a decade of activity, they have released four studio albums: "Ngọt" (2016), "Ngbthg" (2017), "3" (2019), and "Gieo" (2022). The song "Em dạo này" from the album "Ng`bthg" earned the band two Dedication Awards for "Song of the Year" and "New Artist of the Year."
The group's leader, Vũ Đinh Trọng Thắng, once shared: "We also once thought about stopping. But then I told everyone that making music comes with moments of frustration. It's precisely at those times that we get a boost of energy; even when discouraged, we still come back to music, and that is truly hard work. If someone makes music without ever feeling disheartened, I think they have come to see music as just a daily necessity like food and clothing, merely as a material need in life, which isn’t necessarily a good thing."
The announcement of Ngọt band’s disbandment has caused much regret, as they have long been regarded as a group with a unique music style and innovative creations, beloved by young audiences.
Fans are now feeling uncertain about whether Ngọt’s two upcoming tours—"Những thành phố mơ màng", scheduled to take place in Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City, and the CAM Gala: "i" in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (introduced in April)—will go ahead or not.
However, Ngọt band has declined to comment on this issue.
